Wrap your items carefully in bubble wrap or tissue paper. Place in a small, sturdy box or padded envelope. Avoid using loose packaging that allows items to move.
Use Special Delivery
Send using Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed. This service is fully insured up to £2,500 and provides end-to-end tracking with a signature on delivery. We cover the cost of Special Delivery on orders over £250.
Include your form
Print and include your transaction form from the confirmation page. This helps us identify your parcel and process it quickly — without it, processing may be delayed.
